For the users who saw "fireballs" or "balls of light" moving about in the night sky.... Those weren't UFOs. Those were what you would call "night marchers".
Night marchers are ghosts of hawaiian warriors. They are said to march through battlefields or sacred areas of the islands, where they once lived and fought. Anyone living near their path may here chanting or marching. Anyone looking upon or seen by the marchers will die unless a relative is within the marcher's ranks- some people maintain that if you lie face down on the ground they will not see you. Otherwise, it is said if you look one of them in the eye, they will call out "Na'au," which means "mine," and you will be forced to march along with them for all eternity.
No matter what you build in their path, they will march straight through it. So it's best if you either stay out of their sight or inside an area where they cannot spot you.
